I’ve been wanting this recipe forever. It reminds me of my childhood. I love Lao food and I grew up with it in my community. Now I can’t find it anywhere.

Oh yummy! This has to be on my top 5 list of favorite Lao dishes. It seems the only time I get to eat it now is at my Lao temple. Sometimes, I get lucky and can get it at a Lao restaurant or Lao grocery.
